About the chef
Jules is a Lexington, KY native whose love for hospitality and gracious service comes from her family’s Southern roots. During her college years, Jules worked for several restaurants and caterers in the “front of the house”. After a move to Fairfield, CT Jules took full advantage of the culinary resources available in nearby New york City. She completed WSET wine certification courses at the International Wine Center and earned a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Following an internship at Tarry Lodge and Tarry Market in Port Chester, NY, Jules and Co launched in 2011.
Growing up on a working farm provided ample opportunity to observe and appreciate true farm to table dining- a concept continued at Jules and Co. today. We source only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
